Ninija's Bibimbap (using My Korean Kitchen's recipe as a base)
White rice on the bottom of the bowl. Top the rice with the following:
Carrot sticks - I boiled them.
Spinach cut in half (length wise). I microwaved mine but you could put cook them in the boiling water as well.
Bean sprouts- boiled
Korean seasoned Seaweed cut in strips
Steak marinated for 10 minutes with soy sauce, a pinch of sugar and sesame oil. Seared and cut into strips.
Maitake Mushroom cooked in the same pan I seared the steak.
A sunny side up egg.
Sauce: Gochujang, sesame oil, sugar, water, rice vinegar, garlic, soy sauce (this is not in the base recipe but I liked it better with soy sauce).

I really like the idea of using plastic eggs as a base to hold the custard and fruit topping.
