Is the summer... and my cloth doesn't fit = I am officially on a diet. There are certainly no shortage of diet plans out there but as an Asian I just can't handle eating salad day after day. I need something... salty and Asian testing to feel like I actually ate something.
So here are my effort to eat better with the kind of food that I can actually stomach.
Dinner: A clear chicken soup with shiitake mushrooms (I used fresh ones), daikon and tofu. Sushi with Korean seasoned seaweed, fried ground turkey with green onion and napa cabbage, brown rice.
I would love to hear some of you guys' suggestions on what kind of food you eat when you want to simply eat better and/or lose weight. So please share since I could use all the help I can get!
