The reader actually suggested Misutgaru, a Korean multi-grain powder, but for this particular breakfast I am using a 10 grain mix powder, black sesame powder and cooked mung bean.
Throwing all the ingredients together in the blender, I added a small amount of hot water to mix the powders than added some soy milk and ice to blend everything together.
The cooked mung bean is not something people usually add to the breakfast drink, but I really like my mung beans in the summer and I liked the added texture to my drink.
