Ninja Drool #28 Chinese Steamed Egg

I haven't had Chinese steamed eggs for a long long time and when I made it the other day I realized this really was a super easy dish. 

 Mix about 1 1/2 Cup of ground pork with green onions, salt, 1 tbs of soy sauce, and a few drops of sesame oil (this one is optional). 
 Add 6 eggs and 1 cup of water. Mix everything together then steam for about 20 minutes in a steamer or rice cooker. 

My steamed egg was kinda ugly but supposedly if you could steam it with more water (the water used to steam not the water in the egg mixture) and on a low heat then your steam egg would look a lot prettier. Personally I am way too impatient to care so I am good with ugly.

  1. Hello! To make steamed eggs, the ratio is 2 egg shells of water to 1 egg. That way, the steamed eggs won't come out too "hard".
